Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run your account, deliver purchases, and provide support:

Account information, such as your name, email address, and securely hashed password.
Order information, such as purchased exams, selected format, order status, access term, and transaction references.
Practice information, such as progress, flagged questions, attempts, and history inside the Web TestEngine.
Support information, such as messages you send us, screenshots you choose to share, and troubleshooting details.
Technical information, such as IP address, browser, device type, logs, and security events needed to keep the site working and secure.

Payment information

Payments are processed by PayPal. You enter card or PayPal credentials on PayPal-controlled checkout pages. PrepKeys does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or PayPal password.

How we use information

To create and secure your account.
To process orders and unlock digital access.
To keep track of your practice progress and purchase history.
To respond to support requests and fix technical issues.
To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and account sharing.
To send necessary account, order, access, and security messages.

Cookies and sessions

PrepKeys uses essential cookies for sign-in, session security, CSRF protection, cart or order flow, and remembering account state. If you block essential cookies, login and purchased access may not work correctly.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate PrepKeys, such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery, fraud prevention, support, or legal compliance. Those providers receive only what is needed for their role.

How long we keep information

We keep account, order, support, and access records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting requirements, and protect against fraud or abuse. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, password hashing, access controls, and operational monitoring. Security requires ongoing care, so we design our processes to limit unnecessary collection and protect the information we keep.

Your choices

You can update account information after signing in. To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We may need to keep limited records where required by law, accounting rules, security, or fraud prevention.

Children

PrepKeys is intended for professional and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
