These Terms govern your use of PrepKeys. Creating an account, placing an order, or using the site means you accept these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Use accurate account information and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. Personal study license

PrepKeys grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own study during the active access term. This license excludes reselling, publishing, scraping, bulk copying, redistribution, shared downloads, shared login credentials, and use in a competing service.

3. Digital delivery and access

PrepKeys sells digital access. After payment confirmation, purchased exams are unlocked in your account for the access term shown at checkout. Availability of PDF, Web TestEngine, or Bundle depends on the format you select.

4. Payment terms

Payments are processed through PayPal. Because digital content is delivered shortly after payment confirmation, please review the free sample and selected format before purchase. If you have paid but have not opened the full-access version, you may contact support to request a refund review. We will check the order and access records; if the full-access version has not been accessed, we will arrange a refund. Support can also help with duplicate charges, payment errors, or access issues.

5. Acceptable use

Acceptable use excludes misuse of PrepKeys, interference with site security, unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping, system overload, account sharing, malicious content, and activity that violates applicable law or certification program rules.

6. Content and study outcomes

PrepKeys provides study and practice materials. Outcomes vary by learner, preparation time, prior experience, and certification provider requirements. You remain responsible for following the rules and policies of each certification provider.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

PrepKeys content, layout, software, and study materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Vendor names, certification names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. PrepKeys operates independently from certification providers.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud, unauthorized sharing, abuse, security risk, infringement, or violation of these Terms. We may also limit access to protect the service or other users.

9. Service changes

We may update the site, change features, revise content, or retire outdated materials. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but changes may be needed for security, reliability, product improvement, or exam catalog maintenance.

10. Liability limits

To the extent allowed by law, any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase, subject to rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
